Terms and Conditions for Custom-Made Power Cable Orders

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of custom-made power cables by Energy Solutions Ltd to the customer. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

All power cables are manufactured to order based on the specifications provided by the Buyer.
Once the Buyer submits the enquiry form, the Supplier will provide a formal quotation detailing the price and specifications.
An order is considered confirmed, and production will commence only after the Buyer has accepted the quotation in writing (via email).
Orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.
Products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or where required by UK consumer protection laws.

3. Measurement Specifications

Cable lengths are specified from hole centre to hole centre.
While we strive for the highest accuracy, a variance of ±10mm may occur. This tolerance is considered acceptable and does not constitute grounds for rejection, return, or refund.

4. Compliance with UK Regulations

All Products are manufactured in accordance with relevant UK standards and regulations.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the Product is suitable for their specific application and complies with any local requirements beyond standard UK regulations.

5. Order Process and Confirmation

Orders must be submitted via the official enquiry form.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate specifications. Errors in submitted details are the responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Warranty and Liability

The Supplier warrants that the Product will be free from material defects and workmanship issues at the time of delivery.
The Supplier's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products. The Supplier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation; we will try to be as accurate as possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Additional Considerations

The Buyer should ensure that the installation of the Product is carried out by qualified personnel.
The Supplier is not responsible for issues arising from improper installation or use.

We have invested in state of the art cable processing machines to allow us to automate many aspects of our production, guaranteeing quality and consistency. Our engineering department use advanced mechanical and electrical design tools to drive this process, and we use computerised testing machines to speed up loom construction and validation. We also have in-house facilities to laser cut and engrave control panels, along with 3D printing for prototyping components. None of this manufacturing would be possible without a skilled team of staff, with years of experience in complex builds.
